Mopec Order Fulfillment
Mopec ships the Encore Maestro Grossing Station with integrated PathCam hardware. Tom is coordinated by Mopec (Alexandria Gonzales) to schedule the on-site service visit.

Hardware Commissioning
Tom performs physical installation, camera mounting, cable connections, and peripheral setup — validating all components against PathCam specifications.

Camera & Peripheral Validation
Using a hardware-locked field diagnostic build of PathCam software, Tom confirms camera recognition, image capture, and peripheral functionality within the facility’s environment.

IT Coordination Handoff
Tom coordinates with facility IT on USB device whitelisting, CrowdStrike / Windows Defender exceptions, and network folder configuration per
PathCam Facility Readiness requirements.

Facility Software Activation
Following validation, the facility’s Super User registers via
mopec.com/activate for the 60-day trial or a licensed subscription. Ongoing support transfers to PathCam / CamTronics.
